THE TEMPLE OF GOD

EXODUS 25:8.
“And let them make me a sanctuary that I may dwell among them”
God told Abraham, I will send your descendants into captivity for four hundred years and after that I will bring them out. (Gen 15:13)
So did God us He brought the Israelis out of captivity in Egypt on a promise to give them Cana. But bible says He brought them out by the way of the wilderness
(Exo 13:18 )

When they got to the wilderness, God told Moses to let Israel build for Him a sanctuary so that He (GOD) will dwell with them. So Israel did build a tabernacle for God out of the offering God commanded them to give the willingly. (Exo 25:1-8)
You see, Israel build a tabernacle for God out of the offering they gave willingly. We can build all sort tabernacles for God, but what are the elements that constituent that tabernacle we build for Him.
Someone can add fornication as an element, or stealing, someone can be telling lies.
But what does the Bible says?
In his epistle to Rome ,
Paul made it clear,
………. I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. ………..Rom 12:1
You see, it is a service we render to God by keeping our bodies clean and pure (holy and acceptable) .
Mind, service to God is a privilege not a right.
Some of us thought it is a right, no, not at all. It is a privilege to entertain a Holy Royal convocation in your house.
Imagine how you will keep your house in order if the president of Ghana wants to have a dinner with you in your house .
And what God has called us to is rosy than that, and how do we manifest that glory?
By keeping pure our bodies which is the temple of God, that unique abode for His dwelling as we flee fornication and every sin that a man does.
18 Flee fornication. Every sin that a man does is without the body; but he that commit fornication sin against his own body. What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.
1 cor 6:18-19
You see, God pay a unique for you so you have to glorify Him in your body.
You mite have done unworthy things or mite have involve your in several
But nobody is born perfect neither anyone is perfect.
Also we have to work out our salvation daily to manifest the glory of God in our lives.
(Philippians 2:12)
God is ever ready to bring us back into His divine alignment whenever we have gone astray
In 1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness
.
Let’s confess our sins to God for forgiveness and avail ourselves to leading of the Spirit.
Commit to Jesus as Lord and Savior. All He has for is in Him. By this you receive the new life. (1John 5:11 -12, John 1:12)
Commit to turning from how you live and living life daily the way He want it to be best for you (Acts 2:37, Col 3)
Commit to be a serious member of His fellowship (Eph 3:15, Heb 10:25)

Save Yourselves

Why Does the Holy Spirit Speak in Mysteries?

Have you ever wondered why the Holy Spirit rarely speaks in plain language? He communicates to us in dreams, visions and prophecy (Acts 2:17), in unknown tongues (1 Cor 14:2), and in light, spontaneous impressions. His messages—especially in dreams and visions—are often symbolic in nature. And many times, His communications are brief and fragmented, as though He is leaving us a clue to follow. Why does God communicate to us in this way? After all, wouldn’t it be easier if He spoke in clear, easy to understand speech?
